Plus we have completed our Infection Control Training for COVID-19 with the Australian Government Department of Health.

We are open, and this is our plan to keep you safe.

We are open and are providing our full range of services. However, the health and safety of our staff and clients are first and foremost. We have a current COVID Safe plan that aligns with NSW Health requirements, and we will not undertake any projects that place anyone at risk.

We will be ensuring we keep up-to-date with the ever-changing laws and restrictions during this pandemic and operating to adhered by current limits and advice from The Australian Government and NSW Health. It may mean we need to get creative in ways that we photograph a small event or that our meeting to discuss projects will be via zoom rather than the usual coffee or visit to our Studio.

Studio Photographic Sessions

Are limited to a max of 10 people. Session times will be limited and scheduled to allow for thorough cleaning and disinfecting the space and equipment before and after all sessions.

We ask that upon arrival at the Studio, you take the necessary precautions. Use the hand-sanitizer provided and maintain social distancing. All visitors are required to complete the COVIDSafe contact logbook accessible via the QR at the door, or here on our website.

On-site/On-Location Photographic Sessions

Are limited to a max of 19 people for outdoor sessions. At the same time, each venue location or small indoor event to be discussed on a case by case basis. Which means we can ensure social distancing measures and requirements are in place. We will use appropriate PPE on-site, including hand sanitizer and N95 mask to ensure everyone’s safety and all equipment cleaned before and after our visit.

Booked in and feeling unwell?

If you are feeling unwell and have any flu-like symptoms, we kindly request that you do not come to the Studio or let us know before our arrival. Please contact us immediately, and we will happily rearrange your appointment. In this event, we would greatly appreciate it if you could give us as much notice as possible.
